The Korra Realist

“This scarf was my fathers and it’s all I have left of him. I just feel like, like it keeps me safe.”

Not just anybody gets to touch the scarf. Although I really love the subtlety of it, I wish we’d have gotten to see Mako lend it to Korra. I think the gesture says a lot and hints that he was in fact already crushing on her back in episode three.
